These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and access to the Authority Hacker AI Accelerator programme ("the Programme"), provided by Judgment Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09008376, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
By ticking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box at checkout and completing your purchase, you ("the Client", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase the Programme.
1. The Programme
1.1. The Programme is an online training course and community designed to provide educational content related to artificial intelligence.
1.2. Access to the Programme includes the course materials, online community, and any associated resources as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
1.3. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any content, features, or materials from the Programme at any time, without notice, in order to respond to the rapidly changing nature of the industry.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1. Your account is for your sole, personal use only. You may not share your username, password, or any other login credentials with any other person.
2.2. Account sharing is a material breach of these Terms. If you wish to purchase access for additional team members or colleagues, please contact us at support@authorityhacker.com to enquire about discounted multi-seat licences.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.4. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1. The fee for the Programme shall be the price as stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD ($) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
3.2. The Programme is provided on a subscription basis, billed [monthly/annually] in advance.
3.3. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees for the Programme. We will provide you with at least sixty (60) calendar days' advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Programme after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
4. Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation
4.1. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as your original subscription term, unless cancelled by you in accordance with this clause.
4.2. Cancellation by You: You are responsible for the cancellation of your own subscription. You may cancel by:
- a) Using the self-service subscription management link provided to you in your purchase confirmation email and accessible via your user dashboard; or
- b) Emailing our support team at support@authorityhacker.com.
4.3. Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, your cancellation must be actioned at least two (2) working days before your next scheduled renewal date. For the purpose of these Terms, "working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England.
4.4. Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Programme until the end of your current paid billing period.
4.5. No Refunds on Renewals: Payments for subscription renewals are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for renewal payments that have already been processed due to failure to cancel in accordance with the notice period in clause 4.3.
5. Refund Policy (Initial Purchase)
5.1. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date only.
5.2. To request a refund, you must email support@authorityhacker.com within this 14-day period.
5.3. Condition of Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have attended a live onboarding call with a member of our team within the 14-day period following your purchase. Booking a call that you do not attend does not satisfy this condition. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide available slots for such calls.
5.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the request being approved.
5.5. For the avoidance of doubt, this 14-day refund policy applies only to your initial purchase and does not apply to any subsequent subscription renewal payments.
6. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use
6.1. Your access to the Programme community is conditional upon your adherence to these guidelines. Failure to comply will be considered a material breach of these Terms.
6.2. You agree not to:
- a) Discuss sensitive, divisive, or inflammatory topics, including but not limited to politics and religion.
- b) Harass, abuse, defame, or "flame" any other member of the community. All interactions must be respectful and supportive.
- c) Promote, pitch, or sell your own products or services, or those of a third party, either in public community channels or via private message to other members.
- d) Post unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
6.3. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to remove any member from the community and terminate their access to all Programme materials, without notice and without refund, for any breach of these Community Guidelines.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All content, materials, videos, documents, software, and resources provided as part of the Programme ("the Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of Judgment Media Limited. All rights are reserved.
7.2. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal and business development purposes.
7.3. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing, reselling, or creating derivative works from the Content. Any unauthorised use or piracy will result in legal action.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Guarantee of Results: We make no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to any specific results from your use of the Programme.
8.2. Industry Volatility: The field of AI is subject to rapid change. You acknowledge that some Content may become outdated, and you are solely responsible for verifying the current applicability of any information.
8.3. No Liability for Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judgment Media Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Programme.
8.4. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Termination
9.1. We may terminate your access to the Programme immediately, without notice and without refund, if you are in material breach of any of these Terms.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in an open and transparent manner.
10.2. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and all applicable data protection legislation in the United Kingdom, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
10.3. Our Privacy Policy, which is available here, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
11. General
11.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
