We stand behind the AI Accelerator and want you to be confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee with one simple requirement: attend an onboarding call with our team.
For the vast majority of our members, the process is straightforward. Request a refund within your first 14 days after attending your onboarding call, and we'll process it within 5 working days. That's really all there is to it.
The terms below exist to protect our business from abuse and ensure fairness for all members. They won't apply to most customers, but please review them before purchase.

14-Day Refund Guarantee
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must book and attend your onboarding call within the first 14 days of purchase. You'll receive booking instructions immediately after purchase. If you miss your scheduled call, you can reschedule, but both the rescheduled call and your refund request must still fall within the 14-day window.
You must also submit your refund request by 11:59 PM UTC on the 14th day after purchase. Even if we're offline during weekends or holidays, we'll honor requests received before this deadline. We'll respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.
What's Covered
This refund guarantee applies to your initial purchase of any AI Accelerator membership tier and covers the full purchase amount paid.
What's Not Covered
This refund guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals (monthly or annual rebills), purchases after the 14-day window has closed, members who haven't both booked and attended their onboarding call within 14 days, or violations of our terms as outlined below.
Subscription Management
Cancellations
You can cancel your AI Accelerator subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until your current billing period ends. No refunds are provided for subscription renewals (monthly or annual rebills). Once your subscription expires, you'll lose access to the members area, community, and all calls. If you cancel and later wish to resume membership, you may be required to pay the current joining fee.
Late or Failed Payments
We understand that payment issues can happen for reasons beyond your control. If a payment fails, your access will be temporarily suspended. We'll make reasonable efforts to contact you, and access will be restored immediately upon successful payment.
It's your responsibility to contact us within 14 days of a failed payment and work with our team to resolve the issue. Failure to contact us within 14 days may result in permanent removal from the program without refund. We'll always try to work with you to find a solution. Communication is key.
Refund Exclusions
We reserve the right to deny a refund under the following circumstances.
Content Misuse
We will deny refunds if we have clear evidence of downloading, ripping, mirroring, or copying protected course content for offline use or resale. This also includes participation in group buy schemes not pre-approved through official channels, or using the course materials in ways they weren't intended.
Community Violations
Refunds will be denied for deliberate abuse or attacks toward members or team through community platforms (Circle, email, social media), acting abusively toward our support team, or repeated violations of community guidelines.
Excessive Refunds
You cannot refund the same product twice. If you've previously refunded AI Accelerator and repurchase, that purchase is final. Multiple refunds across different Authority Hacker products in a short time period may result in being banned from future purchases. We'll always notify you in writing before restricting access. You can appeal by contacting us if you believe there's a reasonable exception.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
All disputes should be resolved through our contact page. Requesting a chargeback through your bank instead of using our official refund process is considered chargeback fraud. This is where a customer falsely reports a transaction as fraudulent or claims items weren't delivered to claw back funds.
If you attempt a fraudulent chargeback, we will cooperate fully with our payment processor to have the case dismissed. You will be immediately banned from all Authority Hacker platforms and will not receive a refund. You have a generous 14-day window to request refunds through proper channels. Chargeback fraud is punishable by law—please don't abuse this option unless you have a legitimate claim and have exhausted our official support channels.
